Enterprise Solution Architect - Zuora Revenue
Skills
- Deep hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue implementation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 and their impact on revenue recognition.
- Experience integrating Zuora with ERP/CRM systems using REST, SOAP, and ETL tools.
- Proven ability to produce customer-aligned roadmaps and deliver strategic advisory.
- Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and revenue management processes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and workshop facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define strategic goals and deliver phased, actionable Zuora Revenue roadmaps.
- Design scalable, long-term solutions aligned to subscription management and Order-to-Revenue best practices.
- Provide strategic advisory on industry trends, revenue recognition standards, and process optimizations.
- Lead workshops to standardize configurations, refine workflows, and optimize system performance.
- Conduct technical configuration and integration reviews and recommend optimizations.
- Identify innovation opportunities that increase ROI and ensure customers realize ongoing value from Zuora.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience in revenue management or enterprise software is acceptable.
