Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving one or more workstreams following direction from leadership.
Drive accurate analysis following the clear direction from team to develop high value content and high impact insights. Consistently meet or beat established deadlines with minimal errors
Act as a good teammate, while proactively finding ways to create leverage for senior team.
Engage with the client, including developing junior client relationships, to build influence and commitment.
Identify high-value client opportunities and provide support for firm communication and client development efforts.

Junior graduating in 2027 in pursuit of relevant Bachelor's Degree (BA) from demanding four-year college or university with demonstrated outstanding academic achievement
Problem solvers with analytical capabilities who have an insatiable thirst to solve complex problems
An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to always improve upon the status quo
Results-oriented team players with strong leadership and business building skills
Basic skillset in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Openness to travel to the client site up to 3-4 days / week for 2-3 weeks / month (varies significantly by project)
