Skills
- 4–6 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or equivalent engineering role
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Platform Developer II preferred)
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript proficiency
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Service Cloud Voice, and CX tech stacks
- Familiarity with AWS Lambda or equivalent serverless languages (Java, C#, Python)
- REST API integration and data integration experience
- CI/CD and DevOps experience (git, GitHub, Gearset or equivalents)
- Experience delivering reliable, scalable solutions in Agile environments
- Interest in responsibly leveraging AI as part of developer toolset
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Salesforce and Amazon Connect solutions
- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and declarative automation
- Integrate internal and external systems using REST APIs and serverless functions
- Identify technical debt and recommend/refactor to improve stability and scalability
- Write technical documentation, deployment plans, and unit tests
- Support discovery sessions, UAT, and feature design
- Mentor teammates and review peers' work, sharing best practices
- Act as escalation point for production incidents and complex CX tech stack bugs
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent professional experience in software development
