- macOS device setup, troubleshooting, and JAMF device management

Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for IT issues and provide end-user support (primarily macOS).
- Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using JAMF and enforce endpoint protection (Bitdefender).
- Manage IT hardware inventory and replacements.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.
- Enforce SSO/MFA and access control policies; coordinate secure onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer SaaS licenses (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, Jira/Confluence, AI tools) and maintain license tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to provision service access and troubleshoot permissions.
- Track IT issues and tasks in Jira and support endpoint and access security compliance monitoring.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Relevant IT certifications or technical training a plus
