Senior Backend Developer - US Remote
Workstate is hiring a Senior Backend Developer! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems that drive our applications and services. This is a full-time, remote opportunity available to U.S. residents who possess the right to work for any employer without need for visa sponsorship or transfer.
The ideal candidate will typically have 5-7 years of professional experience and have demonstrated many of the following skills:
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go
- Strong experience with backend frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Django, .NET)
- Hands-on experience with databases (both relational and NoSQL) and data modeling
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment
