As an engineer director on AI Productivity, you will be responsible for building industry insights into AI tools and technologies and develop the state of the art agents for NVIDIA. You will design and implement tools and software solutions that leverage the latest and best LLMs and agentic AI to automate workflows and enhance the productivity of engineers across software development, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) activities. You will run the roadmap and execution to use AI to improve NVIDIA productivity in general.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for building industry insights into AI and agent development
Accelerate NVIDIA productivity by developing best state of the art agentic systems to automate workflows
Produce blueprints as well as tools and services for NVIDIA AI developers
Work with software architects and developers in internal and external development teams.
What we need to see:
BE (MS preferred) or equivalent experience in EE/CS with 15+ years of overall work experience, 8+ years of management experience
Well versed with Large Language Mode (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), Agentic AI techniques.
Hands-on experience in leveraging large language models (LLMs) and implementing agentic AI for various workflows.
Expert programming ability in Python, Go or Java.
Experience in working with SQL/NoSQL database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
Deep understanding of software development at large enterprise scale, such as distributed systems, microservice architecture, REST APIs, Docker containers and more in
Ability to effectively work across organizational boundaries to enhance alignment and productivity between teams.
Ability to develop roadmap and run execution with speed of light

Proactively track AI tool and technology trends, build insights, and collaborate with vendors early to address feature gaps before NVIDIA adoption.
Prior experience in designing and launching large software projects at enterprise scale with AI.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 284,000 USD - 425,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
