Responsibilities
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in employment and labor claims, including wage-and-hour class and PAGA representative matters
- Prepare and take depositions, appear in court, and handle hearings and trial-related tasks
- Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy, motion practice, and discovery
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide timely status reports
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in the State of California (active bar admission)
