Responsibilities
- Lead complex strategy and execution projects across MarTech tools including Adobe Experience Platform applications.
- Drive client success by managing engagement scopes and communicating with stakeholders.
- Coach project teams and mentor the Growth team focusing on Adobe Experience Platform technologies.
- Conduct discovery engagements to align marketing tech stacks with client business goals.
- Train clients on adoption and best practices of marketing technologies including Adobe tools.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, analytics, and data reporting to demonstrate ROI.
- Provide feedback on creative assets and content development.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to Adobe Experience Platform applications.
- Develop customized marketing solutions collaborating with technology vendors.
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not strictly required.
