Job Description
The quality assurance analyst (QA analyst) requires strong attention to detail, solid critical thinking skills, a strong background in Military and Veteran Education Benefits, solid communication skills and collaborative teamwork skills. This work includes facilitating established QA processes, monitoring the completion of QA action items.
A successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. The QA analyst works closely with internal and external stakeholders, researching and reviewing processes for accuracy and quality control. In addition, the QA analyst collaborates with the Department of the Veteran Affairs, Department of Defense (DOD), and other authorized representatives within military entities to ensure compliance is satisfied. The QA Analyst may be responsible for the success of several simultaneous projects, assessing risk, reporting progress, and communicating effectively with colleagues, management, and stakeholders in an effort to promote collaboration and accountability.
