About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop high-performance web and desktop applications that power core components of our platform. You will work across engineering, product, and design teams to build scalable applications, implement real-time communication systems, and contribute to our technical strategy. This role requires strong experience with React, Vite, Electron, TypeScript, and real-time protocols, along with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable web and desktop applications using React, Vite, and Electron.

• Architect and optimize real-time communication using WebSockets and MQTT.

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines via GitLab with automated testing.

• Write clean, maintainable code across HTML, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript.

• Develop unit and E2E test coverage using Cypress.

• Lead code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across production and development environments.

• Propose and implement improvements in architecture, workflows, and tooling.

• Design complex state management systems using Redux, Zustand, or XState.

• Implement efficient data-handling algorithms for caching, syncing, and real-time updates.

• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to long-term technical strategy.

Requirements & Skills

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript development.

• Strong skills with React, Vite, Electron, and modern UI architecture.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript.

• Experience with WebSockets, MQTT, and real-time systems.

• Hands-on experience with Cypress and automated testing frameworks.

• Knowledge of Go or Python for backend collaboration (preferred).

• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and DevOps tooling.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative communication skills.

• Expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, XState) and performance optimization.

• Experience leading technical initiatives or influencing engineering direction.
