The Scope of Work
Wayfinder is seeking to contract a skilled Technical Organic Search Contractor to enhance the performance, structure, and visibility of our HubSpot and Webflow assets. This role focuses on hands-on technical work, including optimizing site speed, code, and crawlability to improve results across SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
The Technical Organic Search Contractor will partner with Wayfinder to identify and implement technical improvements, refine structured data and metadata, optimize templates and load times, and maintain our SEMrush account and establish performance reports to help the team better understand and track site health. This role ensures our sites are well-structured for discovery in modern search environments, including Google Search, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
This is a remote, project-based contract, focused on technical projects and ad hoc support. This is not a full-time position.
