What You'll Own

• Technology Strategy & Execution

  • Own architecture across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI systems

  • Define and deliver scalable, secure, performant foundations for 10x growth

  • Make critical technical decisions with clear tradeoff analysis

• AI Productization

  • Transform our vertical AI vision into intuitive, high-impact user experiences

  • Operationalize LLMs and data pipelines for speed, accuracy, and insight

  • Translate research capabilities into differentiated product features that feel magical and durable

• Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build, lead, and retain high-caliber engineers who love their work

• Quality Without Drag: You champion clean architecture and scalable systems without over-engineering. You enable rapid iteration through smart tooling, making codebases team-friendly and resilient.

• Scalable System Design: You design systems that work today and scale for tomorrow. You make principled architectural decisions with clear understanding of tradeoffs and risks.

• AI/ML Technical Fluency: You understand the practical realities of latency, tuning, inference costs, and AI UX. You collaborate effectively with ML teams to deliver AI features that drive real value.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years as an engineering manager with full-stack responsibility

• Track record delivering user-facing products (AI/ML experience is a plus)

• Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams

• Strong technical judgment and project management skills

• Proven ability to balance technical excellence with shipping velocity

Nice-to-Have

• Hands-on experience with LLM integration or model lifecycle management

• Familiarity with modern observability, DevOps, and secure infrastructure

• Experience working with customers, sales, or support teams
