This Opportunity:

• Manage water resources projects, coordinating with project teams, and contributing to the development and delivery of comprehensive water resources projects
• Contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive water resources projects
• Work with our talented water resources staff to successfully deliver a wide variety of projects such as ecosystem restoration, flood risk management, and dam safety
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and growing staff

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Planning, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in water resources planning economic analysis, and project management
• Proven technical expertise managing water resources projects and leading project teams
• Must be skilled in stakeholder management and capable of leading a multi-disciplined team including sub-consultants and agency partners
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide own means of reliable transportation for occasional day trips
• Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established relationships with clients or potential clients.
• Previous project experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works projects in flood risk management, dam safety, and ecosystem restoration.
• Previous experience in proposal and client management; Proven history in leading and winning water resources related proposals

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $130,000 and $170,000  based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
