Skills
- Proficient with modern large language models (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and RAG pipelines
- Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript; knowledge of Node, FastAPI, Flask is a plus
- Experience designing and building APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Hands-on experience producing LLM-powered features in production
- Understanding of data labeling, synthetic data generation, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Knowledge of vector store security, access controls, and multitenancy
- Exposure to DevOps, observability, and CI/CD best practices
Responsibilities
- Build and productionize AI-powered product features such as smart tagging and content enrichment
- Design and manage retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, embedding flows, and vector database integrations
- Write clean, efficient, and observable code to support AI systems in production
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI models into user-facing applications
- Contribute to prompt design, versioning, testing, and reuse patterns
- Monitor and tune performance of LLM-based features considering cost, latency, and quality
- Partner with design and product teams to prototype intelligent UI/UX patterns
- Work with data scientists to evolve internal AI frameworks and practices
