Role Overview

We are seeking exceptional AI Engineers to join our engineering team. The ideal candidates will build and deploy robust machine learning systems to extract alpha signals from diverse financial and alternative datasets while ensuring production-ready infrastructure and scalable implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain production machine learning systems for financial time series prediction, pattern recognition, and portfolio optimization

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and MLOps infrastructure for real-time trading systems

• Collaborate with research teams to translate cutting-edge models into production-ready applications

• Monitor model performance in live trading environments and implement automated retraining pipelines

• Optimize system performance and reliability

• Develop robust backtesting frameworks and risk management systems

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning

• 3+ years of experience building production ML systems, preferably in financial services

• Expert-level proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies

• Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments

• Familiarity with financial data providers (Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Refinitiv, etc.) and market data formats

Compensation

Competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, equity, and profit sharing. Compensation is structured to highly reward exceptional engineering contributions and long-term impact. Starting compensation is commensurate with experience and proven track record in production ML systems.
