- Proficiency with Flutter and Dart

- Solid object-oriented programming fundamentals
- Experience with Git and command-line tooling
- Familiarity with REST APIs and database design
- Knowledge of dependency injection, modularization, and architecture patterns
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and perform effective code reviews
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications and features for client projects
- Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests
- Participate in and occasionally lead pair programming and code review sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to define and deliver project plans
- Estimate and plan small to medium features and provide regular status updates
- Onboard new teammates to project architecture, testing strategy, and deployments
- Contribute to internal resources and share learnings externally (meetups, blog posts, social channels)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Positive references from previous managers or teammates
