Job Description
The Manufacturing Plant Manager will oversee the development and operations of a new 16-acre facility in Farmington, New Mexico. In this role, the manager will lead a newly formed team to ensure performance, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup of the new facility and oversee hiring and training of a workforce of 10–20 employees.
- Develop and maintain specifications, procedures, and quality standards for the lining of pipe and pipe fittings.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for materials and technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure products meet performance and project requirements.
- Oversee technicians and provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Drive innovation in pipeline products and remain current with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
- Facility management experience.
- Knowledge of plastic and pipe materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

Salary
$90,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience.
