Responsibilities
- Support senior leaders in delivering high-quality project work for state Medicaid agencies and other clients
- Conduct Medicaid policy research and assess state program environments to develop practical recommendations
- Produce polished client-ready materials including PowerPoint presentations, memos, reports, and policy briefs
- Manage timelines, track deliverables, coordinate team inputs, and uphold project quality standards
- Participate in client meetings, present findings, and adapt to evolving client needs
- Contribute to thought leadership through external publications, presentations, and commentary on policy trends
Education
- College degree required; graduate degree preferred (public policy, public health, public administration, business, or related field)
