The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who can deliver serious impact over the next six months and beyond. You’ll build the engine behind our demand generation, content, and event strategy—driving qualified pipeline, brand visibility, and market momentum.

This role is ideal for a high-caliber operator from a Series A-B B2B software company who thrives in fast-moving environments, blends strategy with scrappy execution, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Demand Generation Campaigns & Content

  • Own the full demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and MQL growth.

  • Develop content that fuels the buyer journey—thought leadership, customer stories, and campaign assets that position F2 as the category leader in AI-powered investing.

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure messaging and campaigns align with business priorities.

  • Partner with external vendors to manage paid channels and optimize for ROI, focusing your efforts on scalable demand creation.

  • Experiment with paid channels, manage and allocate budget effectively, and continually test new approaches to maximize impact.

Events & Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute high-impact field events—including executive dinners, roundtables, and major conferences—with a strong focus on the NYC private markets and investing community.

  • Lead all logistics, partnerships, and follow-up strategies to convert event engagement into pipeline.

  • Identify sponsorships and speaking opportunities that elevate F2’s market presence and thought leadership.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report campaign and event performance using F2’s analytics stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Derive insights to continually refine audience targeting, content performance, and channel mix.

  • Own quarterly goals tied to MQLs, pipeline influence, and customer engagement metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or field marketing for B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.

  • Proven ability to create demand and drive pipeline in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Strength in content strategy, storytelling, and event execution.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; familiarity with analytics tools a plus.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Growth mindset and fluency with AI tools to automate, optimize, and accelerate impact.
