Graphic Designer

Lincoln Property Company, a large private real estate firm, is hiring a Graphic Designer to support regional marketing across the Western U.S. The role focuses on producing print and digital property marketing collateral—including proposals, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and social assets—while ensuring all work aligns with Lincoln’s brand standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and experienced collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet tight deadlines.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Photo editing and basic map/floor-plan composition
  • Experience with email builders (HubSpot or equivalent) is a plus
  • Typography, layout, and print production knowledge
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in-person and remotely

Responsibilities

  • Design print and digital property marketing collateral (brochures, signage, emails, social) using Lincoln-branded templates
  • Create and edit site plans, floor plans, aerials, maps, and property photos for marketing materials
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and campaign assets that adhere to brand standards
  • Collaborate with internal clients, managers, art directors, and project stakeholders to define audience, messaging, and layout
  • Revise materials based on internal and external feedback and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating professional design work
  • Corporate in-house design experience preferred
