Graphic Designer
Skills
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills
- Photo editing and basic map/floor-plan composition
- Experience with email builders (HubSpot or equivalent) is a plus
- Typography, layout, and print production knowledge
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively in-person and remotely
Responsibilities
- Design print and digital property marketing collateral (brochures, signage, emails, social) using Lincoln-branded templates
- Create and edit site plans, floor plans, aerials, maps, and property photos for marketing materials
- Develop proposals, presentations, and campaign assets that adhere to brand standards
- Collaborate with internal clients, managers, art directors, and project stakeholders to define audience, messaging, and layout
- Revise materials based on internal and external feedback and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating professional design work
- Corporate in-house design experience preferred
