Flight Watch Coordinator - TEMP
Overview
Responsible for reconfirmations of hotel and travel accommodations for Crewmembers and provides support to the Scheduling department.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operational flight activities.
- Ensure Ground Transportation and Hotels are booked, confirmed, and reconfirmed, based on rolling schedule
- Implement corrective action, as necessary, if ground transportation fails to show or flights are on a rolling delay
- Communicate information about transportation or hotel reservation changes to affected stations, vendors, and departments within the GCC and Hotel Connections
- Serve as a liaison between the Manager on Duty (MOD), Crew Scheduling, and the Travel and Hotel departments
- Handle high volume of communications, i.e., phone and email traffic, while providing professional customer service
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Hospitality / Customer Service experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Maintain a professional, positive, and approachable manner
- Ability to prioritize workload while handling multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Collaborative team player
- Punctuality and accountability required
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to work within a 24-hour operations environment (weekends/holidays)
Pay: $25.00/Hr
Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
