Rochester Prep currently manages six schools serving students in grades K through 12. We believe in strong authentic relationships between teachers and students, supported by effective school systems and an engaging instructional model that enables students to flourish academically and personally. Rochester Prep schools are consistently some of the city's top-performing, and our students have an impressive 85% college acceptance rate.
Operations team members at Uncommon work relentlessly to ensure that faculty maximizes time and energy on student achievement. They design, implement, and refine systems that anticipate the needs of the school community. Uncommon Special Education Coordinators are passionate, fierce advocates for their students, who manage all aspects of the school's Special Education programs. They also provide crucial academic, emotional, and physical support to students with disabilities and believe they are capable of high academic achievement.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $56,000 to $70,700. Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $56,000 - $60,100.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional development, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
