Join our team as a Student Success Partner where you'll provide essential non-academic support to students and families while promoting educational success in a remote environment.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include assisting students with personal barriers to success, monitoring academic progress, communicating with families, and collaborating with school counselors to ensure appropriate course assignments and graduation needs are met.
Skills: Candidates should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and exceptional customer service abilities to effectively support students and families.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 1 year of prior clerical experience and a current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, with bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
Location: This position is remote with the primary office located in Chandler, Arizona.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $40,000 - $55,000.
