  • Collaborate with IT security teams to develop and implement access controls, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive data and systems. Regularly review and update access management policies to reflect changes in the organizational structure and technology landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred:
  • 2+ years in data analysis or access management within a corporate environment, preferably involving sensitive or regulated data.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel formulas, charts, and data manipulation.
  • Moderate SQL/database skills: proficient in joins, aggregations, and fundamental maintenance tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, demonstrated through meticulous documentation and error-free deliverables.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, implement changes in existing processes, and support improvements for executional efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, IAM systems such as Okta, SailPoint, or AD.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA) for process automation and batch data processing.
