Schedule: Monday - Friday core hours between 7am-5pm CST
Location: Hybrid 3 days in office at Energy park Saint Paul
Some responsibilities include but not limited too:
Performing legal research, preparation of legal documents, file management
Works under direct supervision using established principles, practices and procedures
Ability to determine and use appropriate internal and external resources
Additional tasks from time to time
Basic Qualifications
Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent degree or experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Three to five years of relevant experience
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
Strong commitment to client service
Ability to work independently
Ability to organize and manage a large volume of detailed tasks
Location Expectations
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
