Responsibilities
- Drive and own critical initiatives end-to-end from concept through strategy, execution, and scale-up
- Define initiative strategy, expected impact, success metrics, and go/no-go criteria
- Create and execute detailed plans with milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Coordinate closely with GTM, Engineering, Data Science, Product, Operations, and Finance to secure resources and align objectives
- Act as the DRI for projects, removing blockers and ensuring timely delivery
- Use data and analysis to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly
- Build processes and operational rigor to scale successful initiatives
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, finance, economics, or related field
- MBA preferred
