Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Enterprise Strategy and Support Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Portfolio Management, Senior Analyst.

 

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive enterprise transformation through the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives.  This individual will be responsible for leading critical projects and change efforts that enable business strategy execution, align cross-functional teams, and deliver sustainable value.  The ideal candidate brings experience in project management, business analysis, and change management to enable successful execution.​

 

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Transformation, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Strategy and Support department's objective to empower and transform our business towards a future of mobility for North America.

What you’ll be doing

  • Determine project success criteria​ through the analysis of business models and operational frameworks applying sound business judgement.

  • Proactively address and reduce organizational barriers to ensure successful project delivery and lay the foundation for long-term business sustainability​.

  • Leverage strong analytical skills in data-driven decision-making to manage transformational projects, particularly in addressing new business challenges and navigating business ambiguity.

  • Drive communication strategies and execution while supporting change management efforts to ensure successful project delivery.​

  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional working groups with various levels of leadership to foster enterprise collaboration and enable decision making.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.

  • Experience in project management, business strategy, or project coordination roles.

  • Facilitate cross-functional teams and drive enterprise-wide change.

  • Ability to align projects with business strategy and navigate executive priorities.

  • Focused on outcomes, delivery acceleration and removing blockers, while modeling high standards of integrity, trust and respect for others.

  • Skilled at building trust and influencing senior leaders through well-structured discussion and data-driven insights.

  • Ability to manage customer expectations while being forward-thinking and proactively solving problems.

  • Ability to kaizen existing processes.

  • Willingness to challenge assumptions and ask questions.

  • Comfortable operating in new spaces, navigating ambiguity, and shaping direction through insight and strategic foresight.

  • Proficient PowerPoint Skills.
