Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Compliance & Audit Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Pre-Production Vehicle Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to establish themselves as the key customer contact for pre-production vehicles enterprise-wide, including system tracking, cross-functional collaboration, program documentation, usage scenario resolutions, key performance indicators, and dashboards.
Reporting to the Remediation Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Compliance department's objective to oversee enterprise ethics, compliance, and risk financing programs while providing compliance remediation and business transformation support.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborate with Trade Compliance and Risk Insurance to verify import documentation, vehicle history, and maintain effective traceability, and assist in vehicle usage review and clarification of usage and associated risk.
Collaborate with vendor and enterprise to develop a deep knowledge of U.S. prototype inventory status, gaps, and opportunities while maintaining ongoing traceability/evidencing of inventory.
Manage and facilitate necessary meetings (TL1, CNRA, various functional business units) for status updates and Key Performance Indicator management and necessary escalations.
Maintain the effectiveness of evidence of policy, regulatory, and usage requests for clarification and interpretation received from the business. This will include all relevant actions taken by compliance to provide appropriate advice to the business (i.e., collaboration with stakeholders, escalations, etc.).
Develop and maintain communications (website, bulletins, custodian trainings, stakeholder meetings/presentations, etc.), including documentation/traceability
Identify system and process kaizen opportunities to gain efficiencies that support compliance oversight and governance, as well as establish/maintain annual process/policy reflection activities.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Compliance or related experience (Audit, Quality, Vehicle Management, etc.)
Toyota Experience (Minimum of 5 years), preferably in production, quality, or related functions
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Effective verbal and written communication, visualization, and content creation (PowerPoint, Training Content, etc.)
Evidenced skills/knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
Added bonus if you have
Experience in collaboration/project management with multiple functional business units
Ability to identify appropriate levels of concise communication, dependent upon the audience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
Experience in Power BI or other analytical software/solutions, including effective dashboarding and KPI development/management
