Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Lexus International Strategic Communications Department is looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated Creative Digital Strategist who can effortlessly pivot between admin, production, events, and strategy in support of expanding Lexus’ global objectives. This role demands a resourceful, detail-driven team player who thrives under pressure and brings creative problem-solving, cultural awareness, and flawless execution to every challenge.
Reporting to the Global Creative Manager, the person in this role will support the Lexus International Strategic Communications global objective to elevate Lexus' global brand in the luxury lifestyle space.
What you’ll be doing
Lead digital strategy and management across campaigns, including paid media, performance tracking, and ongoing reporting (monthly, bi-annual, and annual).
Develop and execute social-first content strategies, from planning and capturing to editing and post-production for photo and video assets.
Conduct market research, trend analysis, audits, and competitor reporting to inform strategy and content direction.
Drive influencer and UGC partnerships, including sourcing, contracting, and relationship management.
Craft compelling copy and build toolkits/playbooks to guide brand communication across digital platforms.
Manage regional digital updates and internal communications, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams and markets.
Frequent domestic and international travel required.
Must be able to lift over 40lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

Comfortable working solo or collaboratively under tight timelines
Self-starter with a “get it done” mentality — no task too big or small.
Able to switch between roles (account, production, events, admin) seamlessly.
What you bring:
Demonstrated, 4 or more years of creative design experience in digital strategy, content creation, paid strategy, influencer marketing.
Production & Creative Experience:
Strong experience in visual production (photo + video).
Familiarity with vehicle logistics and operations.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Skilled in photo and video editing.
Demonstrated experience with AI content generation tools.
Experience building polished, engaging presentations.
Proven ability to manage both creative and analytical teams.
Strategy & Communications:
Deep understanding of social media and marketing trends.
Mindset & Work Style:
Flexibility to work nontraditional business hours, including weekends and travel days.
Added bonus if you have:
Education: BA in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising.
Proficiency in second language.
Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
Visual Portfolio.
Certifications or coursework in:
