We need someone who can take podcast transcripts and turn them into content that feels human, helpful, and brand-true. You’ll run transcripts through our custom AI, then rewind, rework, and infuse them with real stories, lessons, and voice. Your bread-and-butter will be 5+ blog posts a week, plus related writing (YouTube descriptions, social captions) as needed.
What You’ll Do
Spin out 5 or more blog posts weekly from podcast transcripts (via our GPT drafts)
Polish with voice, clarity, brand tone, and accuracy
Add customer anecdotes, crew stories, or real service examples to make the content come alive
Write shorter content such as YouTube descriptions and social copy when needed
Collaborate on the content calendar and hit weekly deadlines
Handle revisions, SEO tweaks, structure edits, and feedback quickly
Develop and execute plans with minimal supervision
Adapt quickly to changes and challenges that come with a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring
At least 5 years’ experience writing blogs, long-form content, or marketing copy
Able to use AI / GPT drafts and turn them into quality content
· Excellent storytelling, editing chops, and capacity to spot weak structure or tangents
Experience in home services, trades, or technical service
Working knowledge of SEO and readability best practices
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Resourceful and creative in finding clever solutions to complex challenges
Agency experience is a plus

Remote role
Approximately up to 30 hours per week based on volume and deadlines
