- Active DEA registration
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with EMR systems and Dragon/conversational dictation
- Familiarity with billing, reimbursement, and CMS basics
- Strong team-building and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within ~80-mile market radius
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person clinical coverage at skilled nursing facilities within the assigned market to ensure continuity of care
- Coordinate and oversee medical staffing efforts across the market
- Address and resolve clinical concerns and patient care issues promptly
- Enforce and implement company policies and procedures
- Support Theoria medical staff and facility personnel with ongoing clinical guidance
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and facility leadership
- Contribute to operational excellence through miscellaneous clinical operations tasks
- Complete charting/documentation (with ability to finalize off-site) and travel between facilities as required
Education
- Graduate degree and certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Active state licensure for PA or NP
- DEA license required
