POSITION SUMMARY

As a Commercial Finance Business Analyst at TTC, you will play a pivotal role in enabling smarter, faster business decisions by providing analytical support, financial modelling, and insights across key functions such as Operations, Technology, Finance, People & Culture, and Capex. Supporting the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will contribute to ROI analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning that drives transformation and value creation across the group.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial & ROI Analysis:

· Support the creation of ROI models and business cases to evaluate investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Budgeting & Forecasting Support:

· Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, working closely with business stakeholders and the commercial finance team.

Performance Tracking:

· Monitor KPIs and variances for assigned functional areas; highlight risks and opportunities through regular reporting and dashboarding.

Data Interpretation & Modelling:

· Build and maintain robust Excel-based models to support decision-making, investment analysis, and scenario planning.

Stakeholder Support:

· Provide analytical and decision-making support to business leads in areas such as Technology, P&C, and Capex planning — under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Business Partner.

You will be a key analytical engine behind business decision-making — delivering timely, accurate, and commercially valuable insight that supports TTC’s transformation and growth. Your work will help ensure resources are allocated where they deliver the most impact, and that business cases are robust, clear, and actionable.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

· 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis

· Strong Excel and modelling skills (Power BI experience is a plus)

· Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CIMA part-qualified preferred)

· Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or investment analysis

· Comfortable working across functions and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Salary - $65,000 - $75,000
