Responsibilities
Drive high-priority initiatives across sales, operations, product strategy, and finance
Own end-to-end execution of strategic projects from customer contracts to product launches
Build and optimize core business processes while managing day-to-day operational fires
Interface with customers, investors, and partners as an extension of the founding team
Jump between analyzing unit economics, closing deals, defining product roadmaps, and running hiring processes
Solve the company's most critical problems, regardless of domain or complexity
Qualifications
2-5 years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, product management, or biz ops
Degree in CS, engineering, physics, economics, business, mathematics or similar field
Demonstrated ability to excel across sales, operations, strategy, and analytical work
Experience thriving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal structure
Strong executive presence and communication skills for customer and investor interactions
Indication of exceptional ability whether it be in sports, debate, e-sports, competitive math, etc.
