About This Role

The Strategy Analyst role will play a pivotal role in identifying key growth levers, supporting data-driven decision-making, and collaborating across functions to ensure execution aligns with long-term strategic goals. This role will help translate market intelligence into actionable strategies, enabling the business to stay ahead of industry trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities. The role will report to the General Manager of Signaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the signaling industry.

• Support product management and cross-functional teams in evaluating key growth verticals and strategic initiatives.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key financials and performance metrics for the signaling business.

• Assist in the development of business cases and strategic plans to support investment decisions and growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Signaling General Manager to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Monitor industry developments and provide regular updates to leadership on market dynamics and emerging technologies.

• Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to long-term business strategy formulation.

• Analyze customer and sales data to identify patterns and inform go-to-market strategies.

• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with finance, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.

Basic Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5+ years of experience as a Strategy Analyst

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree

• Able to work autonomously with limited oversight from manager.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Organizational skills including strategic planning, time management & attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $105,400 - $124,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
