We are searching for a dynamic Senior Director I, Commercial Strategy & Operations (CSO) to lead the end-to-end commercial agenda for the Juice and Warehouse Route to Market (RTM) businesses across North America (U.S. and Canada). This leader will shape and steward category strategies and operating plans that deliver exceptional in-market execution and drive value creation for the consumer, customer, and Coca-Cola System.

The CSO team serves as the storytellers for the business, bridging brand strategy and business objectives by creating actionable commercial plans that succeed at retail across the Warehouse and Bottler delivered routes to market. Core to the role is aligning multifunctional teams to bring consumer and customer strategies to life in a compelling way. This responsibility ties together category strategy development, innovation commercialization, portfolio management, and go-to-market excellence. Talent development and team leadership will be critical priorities for this leader, as they will champion building and developing best-in-class commercial talent across North America.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Foster a high-performing team environment through a people first leadership approach to talent, capabilities, and career development.

  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the team, encouraging a culture of collaboration, risk-taking, and empowerment.

  • Ensure the team has the critical skills, tools, and capabilities to deliver category leadership and operational excellence.

  • Lead the development of the overall category commercial strategy, translating brand and business plans into actionable category strategies that deliver growth across North America.

  • Ensure strategic consistency and executional clarity across both Warehouse and Bottler delivered routes to market.

  • Build and execute category operating plans that align consumer, shopper, customer, and System goals while enabling flawless field-level implementation.

  • Define key performance indicators (e.g., ACV, TDPs, SOVI, Velocity, Share) to ensure measurable and impactful in-market performance.

  • Drive AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving) best practices that align with customer and market needs, fueling category growth.

  • Ensure operationalization of PicOS (Picture of Success) within the Juice portfolio and drive alignment across key customers, channels, and bottler execution teams.

  • Own the seamless commercialization of innovation, partnering with Brand, Supply Chain, RGM, and other teams to ensure all plans are well-embedded into supply and demand planning processes.

  • Drive high-impact launches that deliver incremental growth, ensuring both supply readiness and commercial prioritization for innovation.

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to successfully bridge brand strategies into compelling category plans, driving relevance with consumers and driving volume, share, space, and distribution across the portfolio.

  • Work closely with RGM teams to align on OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Price, Pack, Channel) and pricing strategies that support long-term category ambitions.

  • Partner on channel-specific strategies and execution priorities with Chanel & Customer Strategy, ensuring clarity and consistency in alignment with Retail sales.

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to embed growth and innovation plans into supply forecasting and demand planning analysis to ensure supply chain readiness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A University Degree in Business or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial operations, category management, brand management, or related roles within the beverage or consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in inspiring teams and developing talent, with a focus on building high-performing teams.

  • Proven success in delivering end-to-end commercial leadership across multiple channels and routes to market (Warehouse and Bottler Delivered).

  • Strong track record of translating strategy into in-market execution that delivers measurable results (e.g., share, velocity, ACV, SOVI, TDPs).

  • Exceptional ability to lead multifunctional teams, influence across complex stakeholder networks, and build alignment on common goals.

  • Expertise in consumer and customer-focused strategies, with strong category knowledge and a deep understanding of channel-specific and retail dynamics.

  • Mastery of commercial planning frameworks (e.g., AMPS, PicOS).

  • Strong focus on analytical decision-making, data-driven prioritization, and delivering results-oriented business plans.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align multiple functions and inspire action-driven outcomes.

Pay Range:

$169,000 - $196,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
