Skills
- Basic software troubleshooting and end-user support
- Experience with software inventory and license tracking
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITAM concepts and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Ability to use ticketing systems and document workflows
- Clear verbal and written communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-service orientation and collaborative teamwork
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all software assets, licenses, warranties, and service agreements
- Monitor, track, and record software licenses and deployments to ensure compliance
- Identify license shortages or overages and report findings
- Process and manage requests through the IT ticketing tool
- Maintain and update the software catalog and process documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Assist with team projects and perform basic software troubleshooting
Education
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- Minimum one year of computer-related work experience
- At least one relevant technical certification (see preferences)
- Some college coursework preferred
