Salary Range: $30.00 – $42.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.75/hour | Weekends +$3.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid in 6-month increments)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
Job Description
A respected 290-bed acute care hospital in the Hudson area is seeking Med Surg Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its growing team. Home to a nationally acclaimed Heart Institute and a Level II Trauma Center, this hospital offers the opportunity to provide excellent care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to Med Surg patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
Monitor, record, and evaluate patient conditions and progress.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and discharge care.
Qualifications
Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (Florida RN required within 90 days of hire).
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred).
BLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.
2–3 years of recent LTACH or acute care experience preferred (willing to train LTACH nurses).
Onsite interviews are required.
