Skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management (Jira, Confluence)
- Healthcare domain knowledge (clinical workflows, patient throughput, transfer coordination)
- Ability to prototype rapidly in low-code/no-code environments (Palantir Workshop/Foundry familiarity preferred)
- Strong requirement writing, user story creation, and acceptance criteria skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset with system thinking and problem-solving capability
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work onsite with customers
Responsibilities
- Embed onsite with hospital stakeholders (clinicians, operations, IT) to discover and validate operational problems and workflows
- Design and prototype solutions using the Palantir Workshop application and iterate with real-time user feedback
- Own epics and user story backlog, prioritize and groom items, and manage sprint activities with engineering teams
- Translate business and clinical requirements into technical requirements and acceptance criteria for code-ready delivery
- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, demo, retrospective) and accept stories as done at sprint close
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering to validate requirements and ensure cohesive delivery
- Serve as a functional expert on best practices, tooling, and methodologies across product and engineering
- Travel 30–50% to customer sites and TeleTracking HQ to support implementations and stakeholder engagement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Communication, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
