Skills
- 5+ years product, channel, or marketing-technology experience
- Domain knowledge across email, search, social and web marketing channels
- Experience coordinating requirements across stakeholders and development teams
- Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing skills
- Data-driven decision-making using analytics, experimentation, and prototypes
Responsibilities
- Act as product owner for MarTech features: ensure testing, documentation, demos, and smooth releases
- Serve as primary client liaison for airline marketing teams; drive onboarding and adoption
- Support users and troubleshoot platform usage and campaign execution
- Gather customer insights and translate them into product requirements and roadmap priorities
- Work closely with engineering to define clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Write release notes, create demos, and deliver product trainings
- Identify product usability and automation opportunities to improve client outcomes and ROI
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
- Continuous learning mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation methodologies
