🧭 What You'll Do:

  • Be a customer success advocate in our call center environment
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from customers with mortgage-related inquiries
  • Act as the main point of contact for up to 75 loans from origination to closing
  • Answer high-volume calls (30/day) with empathy and efficiency
  • Perform routine data entry, document validation, and basic research
  • Interact with multiple internal departments to help resolve customer issues smoothly
  • Follow clear policies and procedures while contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Support business and service goals with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

🛠️ What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services; mortgage background is a plus
  • A team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Proven customer service experience in a phone-based or call center setting
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Effective communicator—both written and spoken
  • Comfortable with computers and mainstream apps (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
  • Assessment score above 50

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
