Responsibilities
- Host and produce two weekly 60-minute podcast episodes (audio and video) focused on the Los Angeles Rams
- Research games, trends and storylines; break down what happened and explain why
- Write show outlines, segues and interview questions; manage episode flow and timing
- Perform basic audio and video editing and prepare episodes for publication
- Optimize episode titles, descriptions and content for SEO and discoverability
- Engage and grow audience via social media, show notes, and listener interaction
- Coordinate occasional interviews, guests and live/event coverage
- Meet production deadlines and maintain consistent publishing schedule
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, media, or related field preferred
