Onsite Community Property Manager
Taylor Management is seeking a dedicated and proactive Onsite Community Property Manager to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing all aspects of a residential community and ensuring a vibrant and engaged living environment for residents. You will work closely with homeowners and the Board of Directors to manage community operations effectively. Salary range $90-$100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily property operations, ensuring maintenance, safety, and cleanliness across the community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and inquiries while fostering positive relationships.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and supervise vendors and contractors for quality work.
- Develop and manage the community budget, along with financial tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular community inspections and enforce community rules and regulations.
- Plan and coordinate community events to promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in property management, preferably in a community or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of property management policies and HOA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities to manage projects and teams.
- Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge in boilers
