You’ll manage user support, resolve issues, and build operational systems that grow with us. This is a hands-on role with full visibility across the business—you’ll partner closely with product, customer success, and engineering to deliver an exceptional experience to customers while improving internal efficiency.
Startup Ops Experience: Worked for 2+ years at a VC backed Seed, Series A, or Series B startup in an operations or customer success role.
Technical Familiarity: Comfortable using no-code/low-code tools and able to independently set up new workflows and processes in collaboration with engineering.
Stakeholder Engagement: Confident communicating with senior stakeholders, leading weekly check-ins, and managing relationships with existing customers.
Flexibility: A true generalist who’s willing to roll up your sleeves and tackle any operational task needed for the company.
Thriving in Chaos: Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
Strong structured and first-principles thinking, developed through business school or consulting experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience
