Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate conversion operations with emphasis on potting and plant selections to meet project timelines
- Plan and track greenhouse space and scheduling using internal systems and stewardship protocols
- Coordinate activities with internal labs, applied genetic scientists, and agronomists to align resources and timelines
- Ensure conversion processes meet internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and stewardship protocols
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
- Maintain accurate documentation, generate KPI reports, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges during potting and selection activities
- Supervise third-party or seasonal staff and coordinate external stakeholder activities
Education
- BS in plant science, agronomy, crop science, botany, or biology required
- MS in related field preferred
- Must be located in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
