Responsibilities
As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Conduct telehealth evaluations and therapy sessions for older adult clients
Establish patient-centered goals and deliver customized treatment plans
Develop and implement clinical and educational programs tailored to virtual care
Maintain productivity expectations and complete timely documentation
Partner with on-site care teams to ensure seamless, high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
Valid Iowa SLP license (required)
Tech-savvy mindset and ability to thrive in a virtual setting
Experience in long-term care, acute, or rehab is a plus—but not a dealbreaker
Flexibility to provide coverage as needed (weekdays)
