Business Technology Associate

• Configure CRMs & Case Management systems

• Build analytics dashboards and data pipelines

• Design automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n

Day in the Life:

Configuring CRM pipelines in Lawmatics and case management workflows in Clio, build data processing workflows and interactive analytics dashboards, design and deploy client intake automations in Make, work with the latest AI tools and help our clients implement it in their practices, shadow senior consultants on client calls to learn how to translate technical solutions into business outcomes (80% system building, and 20% consulting).

Non-negotiables:

Ideal Background:

• Experience with CRMs and Case Management Systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce, Lawmatics, Clio)

• Adept with automation tools (i.e. Zapier, Make)

• Experience with project management platforms (i.e. Monday.com, Asana)

• Track record of learning complex tools quickly and applying them to business problems

• Portfolio preferred - showcase projects that demonstrate your problem-solving approach
