Responsibilities
- Design individualized workout programs based on client goals and initial assessments
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting technique as needed
- Log sessions, track progress, and perform reassessments using the Svetness Fitness App
- Maintain consistent scheduling and communication with clients
- Travel to client homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations (up to 45-minute commute)
- Bring and manage basic personal training equipment as required
Education
- Certification from an accredited personal trainer program (NCCA, DEAC, NBFE)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
