Platform Product Manager
Skills
- Technical product management with hands-on collaboration with engineering
- Experience authoring technical requirements for APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (WMS, ERP, CRM) and system integration patterns
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and agile frameworks
- Strong stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and roadmap decision-making
- Analytical problem solving and post-launch performance monitoring
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, discovery, and execution for complex system integrations and customer-facing platform features
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resources
- Collaborate with developers and IT to define technical requirements, architecture, data flows, and feasibility
- Translate between business stakeholders and technical teams, advocating for technical best practices
- Own and maintain the product backlog, author user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation in JIRA and Confluence
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews) and drive delivery outcomes
- Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for implementations and integrations
- Monitor product performance post-launch, identify issues, and drive remediation
- Coordinate periodic travel to headquarters for meetings and team-building activities
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience
