Responsibilities
- Support development and alignment of the Integrated Management Plan across functions
- Lead detailed program synchronization and milestone planning
- Partner with Program Master Scheduler to maintain milestone-driven IMS
- Facilitate phase-gate planning and readiness checklists
- Track program maturity, risks, dependencies, and configuration freeze dates
- Build dashboards and reports for senior leadership decision-making
- Manage budgets, schedules, and communicate product development activities
- Collaborate across all project stages from concept to production transition
- Set goals, track deliverables, identify and mitigate risks
- Identify and communicate resource requirements and gaps
- Provide regular project status, risks, and opportunity reporting
- Manage roadmap of projects within overall program framework
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems or Software Engineering or related field required
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Program Management or related field preferred
