Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate:

• Has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, or leader).
• Is passionate about helping kids grow through fun and engaging activities.
• Wants to gain real-world experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

No Soccer Experience Needed!
You’ll be given access to prewritten lesson plans and instructional videos so you can focus on what truly matters: building kids’ social skills, teaching them fundamentals, and having a blast!

About the Company: Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete and capable of being something special. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills, and increase youth activity across the board.

Our History: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

Schedule:

We are seeking candidates with availability primarily during weekday afternoons, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Furthermore, occasional shifts may be available on morning weekday between 9:30AM-11:30AM or Saturday mornings to support camps, soccer club partnerships, and other special events as needed.

Location:

Classes are held across schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock and Pflugerville. Depending on the location of the coach's primary residence they may be required to travel up to 20-25min to get to a class location with additional travel time compensation.

Required soft skills and professional skills:

• Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 2 to 8+ years old independently
• Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
